Once A King, Now A Prince:
This rock and roll memoir doesn’t end with the final page of the book. It continues here.
What you’ll find are the moments that didn’t make it into print—the conversations, the decisions, the risks, and the turning points as they actually happened. This is a music memoir told from the inside, where the story wasn’t observed—it was lived.
It is also a music business memoir, because behind every moment was a deal, a calculation, a move that had to be made at exactly the right time. The reality of that world wasn’t just music—it was survival, instinct, and knowing when to act before the opportunity disappeared.
My Blog As An Extension Of My Memoir
At the bottom of this page, you’ll find links to my most recent posts. Each one expands on the world of Once A King, Now A Prince—from growing up in a highly dysfunctional family to life in the fast lane of sex, drugs, and rock and roll.
Unlike many rock and roll autobiographies, this memoir was not written by a ghostwriter. I wrote it myself over the course of ten years. What you’ll read here and in the book comes directly from someone who lived it.
Reading About Family Dysfunction
As this story continues to unfold beyond the pages of Once A King, Now A Prince, these posts are, in many ways, the sequel—told as they were lived, without revision or embellishment. Some connect directly to the book, others stand on their own, but all are part of the same life, seen more clearly with time. If something resonates, I welcome your thoughts, and you can follow along as new entries are added.
